WARNING ABOUT FALSE ORDERS
The Royal Order of Santa Isabel, as well as, unfortunately, other Dynastic Orders of the Portuguese Royal Household, has been, at times, object of fraudulent actions of third parties, who try to pass themselves off as representatives of the Royal Order, to confer or sell degrees and insignia.
We would like to emphasize that the only person who has the power to confer degrees and insignia in the Royal Order is the Grand Master in functions, supported by the Council of the Order.
We beg anyone who is approached by any other person for this purpose, or has knowledge of any fraudulent action in this sense, to inform the Royal Order, to the email indicated in this website.
